Spring is here now and just as I thought, the pollen is THICK here in Georgia! What I didn't know was that I was going to suffer from the pollen like my family members. This is truly another year of unpredictable happenings. I LOVE to run outdoors but I can no longer do so because of choking on pollen. However, I do not let that stop me from exercising. I simply do indoor workouts until the pollen lets up.
